At Masita Club Teamwear, we are dedicated to ensuring your team looks and performs their best with high-quality gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return standard items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached; please note that custom-printed club kits and personalized garments are non-returnable unless defective.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and club name to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship them using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned teamwear, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement items within 7-10 business days.
